As far as story movement, there's not much that happens in this episode. We don't actually see a great deal of different characters we got acquainted with outside of the fundamental pair, and cosplay is scarcely even referenced beside a couple of little discussion focuses (my most loved is the scene towards the starting where Gojo isn't impacted by a blood and gore flick since he's zeroing in so unforgiving with things like the cosmetics and outfit plan). This is only an episode about Gojo and Kitagawa experiencing the last days of their late spring break, getting to know each other and strengthening the groundwork of their relationship that has been gradually moving toward this point. We get scenes of Kitagawa getting out of luck and expecting to depend on Gojo to assist with keeping her consistent, and obviously Gojo likes Kitagawa for taking him out to encounter things that he never truly found the opportunity to. Dislike there was truly anything preventing him from encountering these things all alone, yet this kid had become so tolerating of his dejection because of his youth injury that he presumably arrived at his own decision that he would never be a piece of parties like that. So Kitagawa going with him to the celebration as well as nonchalantly raising that they will accomplish more things together one year from now means everything to him, and those tranquil minutes where he's simply looking ahead into the view or liking the delightful chunk of energy that bulldozed into his life truly moved me.
Several surveys back I referenced how I nearly didn't believe that these two should get together excessively fast in spite of Kitagawa understanding her affections for Gojo right off the bat, as need might have arisen to find a sense of peace with how they view themselves before they would be prepared to focus on something like a close connection. This episode was certainly a stage that way as Gojo advances appreciate and acknowledge the way that he shouldn't be separated from everyone else any longer while Kitagawa keeps on depending on Gojo as a wellspring of help and understanding. I love these two characters and I anticipate the day when I could possibly see them meet up as equivalents. Regardless of the entirety of the audacious horniness and a few sketchy and fringe tricky practices the show addresses, you won't ever persuade me that My Dress Up Darling doesn't show at least a bit of kindness. It could require some investment to get it, and some could feel like it's not worth attempting to find in any case, yet that heart was sufficiently able to convey me the entire way to the furthest limit of the show and furthermore think of it as one of the better cut of life anime that I've found in a little.
