Yuki Suetsugu's Chihayafuru manga will currently end in its 50th incorporated book volume, rather than in its 49th volume as initially arranged. The manga needs the additional volume because of publication conditions like the story's turn of events. Kodansha will distribute the manga's 50th and last volume this colder time of year, and it will incorporate a side project manga. Suetsugu represented a comic that makes sense of this deferral:
Suetsugu sent off the manga in Kodansha's Be Love magazine in December 2007. Kodansha distributed the 48th volume on February 10. Kodansha Comics is delivering the manga carefully in English.
Amazon had recorded the 47th volume of the manga as making a beeline for the story's peak in June 2021.
The manga propelled an anime, and the initial 25-episode TV anime season ran from October 2011 to March 2012. The subsequent season, Chihayafuru 2, debuted in January 2013 and furthermore ran for 25 episodes. The third season debuted in October 2019. The third season was scheduled to debut in April 2019 on NTV's "AnichU" programming block, yet was deferred to October 2019. Crunchyroll Expo facilitated a debut evaluating for the anime in August 2019.

Chihaya Ayase is a beautiful and headstrong young woman with a passion for karuta, a card game inspired by classical Japanese poetry. Suetsugu's manga has additionally propelled three true to life films. The primary film, Chihayafuru: Kami no Ku (Chihayafuru: Upper Phrase), opened in Japan in March 2016.
